I. TERMINATION/CANCELLATION

The Connect2Content "monthly" software license may be cancelled at any time, and without cause by either Connect2Content or the licensee upon proper notification. In order to proceed with your cancellation you must send an e-mail to [email protected]. Notification of cancellation must include full name, user name, e-mail address, and a brief message as to why you wish to cancel your license to Connect2Content.

II. REFUNDS

We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Connect2Content.com.

We do not accept returns of:

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Any Software that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
Please do not send us items that do not meet the conditions listed above, as we do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.
