WHAT IS CONNECT2CONTENT?

Connect2Content is a software application that allows you to easily
download, and install software and other files from the Internet.

WHEN AND HOW IS INFORMATION COLLECTED?

Upon installation of Connect2Content, your computer is assigned a unique
numerical identifier. This unique identifier allows Connect2Content's servers
to measure and report aggregate information (such as the number of people who
read an advertisement, or the number of times an advertisement is seen) to
advertisers. It also allows Connect2Content to collect information regarding
your use of and interaction with advertising so that we can deliver advertising
content that is more relevant to your own particular wants and needs, and avoid
subjecting you to overly repetitive ads.

Cookies

Connect2Content may also use "cookie" technology to monitor user activity
within the Connect2Content software application. A "cookie" is a small amount
of data that is created by a Web server and stored on your local hard drive upon
your first visit to a Web site. Cookies identify you to, and can only be accessed
by, the Web server that assigned the cookie.

Cookies streamline and personalize your Web browsing experience by storing
passwords, purchases, and personal preferences like Web page layouts, Web
content, stock symbols, etc., so that you do not have to re-enter this
information every time you visit a particular Web page.

Advertisements

You agree that we have the right to run advertisements and promotions without
compensation to you. The timing, frequency, placement and extent of advertising
within the pages comprising your Connect2Content account is subject to change and
shall be determined by us in our sole discretion. Your business dealings with,
or participation in promotions of, advertisers found on or through Connect2Content,
including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms,
conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are
solely between you and the advertiser.

HOW DOES CONNECT2CONTENT HANDLE SOFTWARE UPDATES?

Due to the ever-changing nature of media players, browsers, and other
software distributed on the Internet, Connect2Content has included an auto
update feature to ensure that you have the most recently released version of
the Connect2Content software. You acknowledge that Connect2Content or parties appointed by
Connect2Content may from time to time provide programming fixes, updates and upgrades
to you, including automatic updates to Connect2Content, through automatic electronic
dissemination and other means. You consent to such automatic updates and agree
that the terms and conditions of this Agreement will apply to all such updates.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance
the current Software, including the release of new Connect2Content properties,
shall be subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you should elect not to
have your software updated at any future time, Connect2Content shall not be
responsible for any incompatibilities that may arise on your Conflicts may occur
with other software applications that may already be installed on your computer.
The Connect2Content software will report back to our servers what applications
may be running on your system and will resolve these conflicts whenever possible.
This will make our software more reliable and provide you with products and
services that are compatible with your current system settings.

WHAT CHOICES DO YOU HAVE, AS A USER, REGARDING THE COLLECTION
AND USE OF INFORMATION?

Disabling Cookies

If you do not wish for Connect2Content to monitor your activity you may choose
to disable your Web browser's (Netscape Communicator, Microsoft Internet Explorer,
etc.) ability to accept cookies. You may do so by: (1) following the directions
provided with your Web browser; (2) managing the contents of the cookies.txt
file directly, or; (3) by using 3rd party cookie management tools. Please note
that disabling cookies may be a complicated task, and is not recommended for
novice PC users.

Un-install

If, after installing, using, or copying Connect2Content, you decide that you
no longer wish to share volunteered anonymous demographic information, you
may perform a complete un-installation of Connect2Content. This can be
accomplished by using the add/remove function within your Windows operating
system. Completely un-installing any and all products incorporating Connect2Content
Direct technology will prevent the Connect2Content technology from collecting
and transmitting any volunteered anonymous demographic information about you
and your use of the Internet, etc., to Connect2Content. It will not, however,
prevent Connect2Content from sharing, renting, leasing, selling, or otherwise
making available to third-party marketing or other entities, at the sole
discretion of Connect2Content, volunteered anonymous demographic information
that has already been collected.

WHAT HAPPENS IF CONNECT2CONTENT CHANGES ITS PRIVACY POLICY?

By installing, using, or copying Connect2Content you acknowledge that you have
read, understood, given your informed consent to, and agree to be bound by the
terms of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is subject to change by
Connect2Content at any time. Notice to members shall be made by adding any
changes to this Privacy Policy document, which will remain posted at the Web
site. Members agree to review this Privacy Policy from time to time for changes
and updates. Notice of any revisions to this Privacy Policy shall be considered
effective when transmitted to the Connect2Content servers. You must, generally,
therefore, perform a complete un-installation of Connect2Content technology
(as described above) in order to prevent Connect2Content's collection of
volunteered anonymous demographic information.

To help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data integrity, and ensure the
appropriate use of information, we have put in place certain physical, electronic,
and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect from
visitors to our Web site. We allow access to personal information only to persons
and entities engaging in activities provided for by this Privacy Policy.

HOW DOES CONNECT2CONTENT HANDLE THIRD-PARTY PRIVACY?

Please be aware that Connect2Content advertisers, and Web sites that have links
in software on our network may collect personally identifying information about
you. This Privacy Policy does not cover the information practices of linking Web
sites or content. Connect2Content does not have any responsibility or liability for
any information, contents, communications or materials available on other sites.

HOW DOES CONNECT2CONTENT PROTECT CHILDREN'S PRIVACY?

Protecting the privacy of children is VERY important to us. For that reason we
do not structure any part of software application to attract anyone under the
age of 13. Connect2Content requires individuals to be over 13 years of age
in order to download and use any of its products.

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

In the event of a merger, acquisition, asset or stock sale, bankruptcy, or other
asset transfer (regardless of legal formality), any of our assets may be
transferred to a third party, including volunteered anonymous demographic
information.
